What is Stepping up
Counselling Supervision is an essential safeguard for clients, a support for counsellors, and a process through which practitioners can develop their skills and competence.
A competent Counselling Supervisor should be able to conduct supervision sessions using various supervision interventions, provide effective evaluation and feedback to supervisee’s and addresses the ethical and legal considerations of supervision.
This course, with its 10 OPD points and 6 hours of professional supervision, is not just another training. It's a mark of excellence, approved by the ACA and Accredited by PACFA. It's the stepping stone for members of 3 year clinical standards to register as supervisors and meets the training requirements for entry into the prestigious ACA College of Supervisors.

Where we delivery training
We deliver training in Sydney, Adelaide, Tasmania, Melbourne, Western Australia, and Townsville.
STS aims to deliver training with 6 to 12 students for optimum educational and networking outcomes.
Courses can be organised for regional areas. We will come to your organisation to ensure you receive the best possible training experience.
