Barbara Matheson
Owner, Supervision Training Services (STS)
Barbara Matheson is the owner of Supervision Training Services (STS) and the designer of the STEPPING UP model of supervision. With years of experience, Barbara has been delivering high-quality supervision training in Victoria since 2014. Her dedication has influenced and empowered hundreds of supervisors over the years. She is an honorary member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and a Fellow of Counsellors Victoria.

Lyndall Briggs
Presenter and Assessor, Sydney
Lyndall Briggs, an honorary member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) since 2002, plays an integral role in delivering exceptional training in Sydney. She is qualified as a Counsellor/Supervisor, Hypnotherapist, and Virtual Reality Trainer. Lyndall is also the President of the Australian Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists and a long-standing board member of ACA.

Cindy Cranswick
Presenter and Assessor, Western Australia
Cindy Cranswick holds a Bachelor of Counselling and a Master of Philosophy, and she is a registered Counsellor and Supervisor with ACA. With over 10 years of counselling experience and 7 years as a Clinical Supervisor, Cindy also has 25 years in adult education. She runs a private practice, Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes.

Heather Bunting
PACFA Supervisor and Assessor
Heather Bunting is an accredited PACFA Supervisor and a member of the ACA College of Supervisors. She holds Zoom supervision groups for PACFA and ACA members and is passionate about helping student counsellors enter the profession.

Tracey Fox
Assessment Assistant, South Australia
Tracey Fox is a registered member of the ACA College of Supervisors. Recently relocated from Mildura to Henley Beach, she is establishing herself as a trauma, grief, and loss counsellor. Tracey offers individual and group supervision via Zoom.

Adrian Nyhuis
Presenter and Assessor, Kingston Hobart
Adrian Nyhuis is a clinical member of PACFA & CCAA, bringing a unique perspective as a life coach with nearly 20 years of pastoral ministry experience. He serves as a Presenter and Assessor for Hobart.

Suzanne Bocking
Presenter and Assessor, Townsville & North Queensland
Suzanne Bocking is a highly experienced Counsellor with a Bachelor of Adult Education (B.ADED) and a Master of Social Science (Counselling). With over 15 years of counselling experience and 3 years as a professional supervisor, Suzanne runs a private practice and has worked in various not-for-profit organizations, including schools and community mental health.

Isabella Stewart
Assistant Assessor, Melbourne
Isabella Stewart has over 20 years of experience in the Community & Disability Services sector as a Supervisor. Her expertise and qualifications contribute significantly to the quality of STS’s training programs.

Fiona Landford
Presenter and Assessor, South Australia
Fiona Landford is a trauma-responsive Supervisor, Counsellor, Coach, and Consultant. She works extensively with children, adults, and families, especially those with neurodivergence, disabilities, trauma, and Out of Home Care. Fiona is the founder of Courage Wisdom Change and a registered NDIS Provider.
